DETAILS: Dickens in Dundee was formed in 1988. It began as a small community gathering, with caroling and the search for Tiny Tim’s crutch in local stores. With the support of local businesses, this event has grown significantly and attracts people from all over the Dundee area. This year’s Dickens in Dundee will take place on Friday, December 2nd from 5:45-9:00 pm, with a Holiday Lights Parade to follow on Saturday, December 3rd at 7 pm. All of East Dundee's activities will take place near The Depot located at 319 N. River Street and the surrounding downtown area.

From the twinkling Covered Bridge to the storefront Christmas trees, passengers are invited to sit back and take in the nostalgia of the holiday season as the clattering of horse hooves lead the way.

This year we will once again be offering pre-registration for our 10 seater carriage. Please ensure that you sign up at the link below and have the waiver filled out before your ride is to begin. You will need to bring your waiver with you to your ride. Children who are 5 and under and can ride on your lap, are free.

DETAILS:  We invite you to join us for a fun and festive night! Families will enjoy a magical ride with our horse drawn carriage and meet the one and only Santa Claus! Families will also get to warm up after with some delicious hot cocoa and cookies. Families will need to register for which day they prefer. Register early before it sells out! Registration is open to Roselle residents only, from October 16 through October 31, then will open to non-residents beginning November 1. Once registered families will receive an email with their timeslots. Carriages can only accommodate up to four family members per ride.
