C.W. Avery Family YMCA

A bustling community center, the C.W. Avery Family YMCA’s 80,000-square-foot facility is located near downtown Plainfield and features a family aquatic center, an eight-lane lap pool, a state-of-the-art wellness center, a steam room and sauna, a gymnasium with an indoor running track, several multi-purpose rooms, fitness studios, and an outdoor sports complex complete with softball and soccer fields, and an outdoor track.

One of the area’s leading nonprofit organizations, the Y provides more than $900,000 in scholarships each year to kids, adults, and families living in our community, helping to ensure that no one is turned away from the Y due to the inability to pay.
